The Beatitudes that we hear today can be seen as a prelude to the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus, the new Mosses, lays out the Law of Love in Matthew Chapters 5-7. Our homework this week is to read those chapters and put on the mind of Christ as reveled in the beatitudes.
